Ticket scan
At the entrance, every visitor needs to pass the ticket scan. This is a safe, quick and easy procedure with the mobile scanners of TIBBAA. Every crew member will have their own lane where people can pass with tickets to enter the festival. This is under an enthusiastic work atmosphere. The must haves for this job are: independent, social and responsible. There is enough space for personal growth in this specific job.

Coin checkout
Our team has several crew members with a strong sense of responsibility. You need to have knowledge of all the different payment systems. The following character traits are a must have if you want to be a part of the coin checkout team: Trustworthy, numeracy and concentration. All our crew members will be selected on the basis of their personality and their ability.

VIP desk
You are the first person the artists, crew or the VIP guests sees on the day of the festival. This means that you are the ‘face’ of the company. You need to be representative to be a part of this team. The must haves for this job are: Enthusiastic, high sense of responsibility – even more then at the coin checkout, social and collegiality.

Coin control
At the end of the day, the coins need to be counted. This is a way of figuring out how much we’ve earned on merchandise, food & drinks. You are the person who needs to collect all the coins at the different stands and after weigh the amount of coins. We need the following character traits from you: reliability, eye for detail, concentration, good with following procedures and able to collaborate with the other employees at the festival.

Omschrijf werken bij YoungCrew? Als een feestje natuurlijk. Ik loop nu al een aantal seizoenen rond bij YoungCrew en heb dan ook mogen proeven van een aantal verschillende leuke functies. Elke taak heeft zijn eigen uitdagingen en voordelen! Wat ieder festival leuk maakt en verbonden zijn de collega's waar je mee werkt, die ik steeds meer als vrienden kan zien. En werken op festivals is natuurlijk ideaal, positief volk en met een beetje geluk pik je nog een toffe show mee.

Ik werk nu al een aantal jaar bij verschillende festivals en het blijft leuk! Ik heb mijn taak bij de muntverkoop en zit constant met andere mensen waardoor je steeds weer nieuwe mensen leert kennen. Het verveelt nooit en elk festival is weer anders dan vorige jaren. De leidinggevende op zo’n festival zijn leeftijdsgenoten wat het werken en communiceren erg gemakkelijk maakt. Er hangt een leuke en ontspannen sfeer!

Werken bij YoungCrew is een ervaring. Je leert niet alleen sociale vaardigheden, jezelf te ontwikkelen en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor je eigen taken, maar je leert ook hoe gaaf het is om de productie van een festival mee te maken, hoe jij daar een bijdrage in hebt en hoe je mensen de dag van hun leven kunt geven.
